Following the appointment of administrators on 27 July 2009, Ian Carr and Nigel Morrison, Joint Administrators, have been approached by a number of parties interested in acquiring certain of the companies' products.

Interested parties have been requested to submit offers to the Administrators by 12pm UK time on 30 August 2009. The Administrators will seek to negotiate the completion of any suitable offer during the month of September 2009.
